Yesterday, TNA Wrestling took to their social media Twitter account to reveal the Meet and Greet information for this weekend’s LIVE Sacrifice show on Friday, as well as the TV tapings on Saturday.
Sacrifice Pre-show – Friday, March 8th:
-Jordynne Grace: Grace is set to defend the TNA Knockouts World Title against both Xia Brookside and Tasha Steelz later in the night.
In what should be a great match, will Grace keep her title? Will Xia win her first gold in TNA? Will Tasha Steelz secure yet another Knockouts World Title run? We’ll have to tune in to find out.
-Josh Alexander: Alexander is scheduled to take on Alex Hammerstone in what will be the second match between the two competitors. If this match is anything like their Hard To Kill bout, this could easily be the best match of the night on an absolutely stacked card. Does Josh pick up the victory again, or will Hammerstone use his knowledge of Josh’s skill to get one over on him? We’ll have to tune in and find out!
-AJ Francis: As of this writing Francis doesn’t have a match announced, but that could change at the drop of a dime.
My guess? Francis finally gets Rich Swann to team up with him.
-“Speedball” Mike Bailey: Bailey is another one who doesn’t have anything scheduled as of right now, but he and Trent Seven would love to get their hands on The Rascalz after the last few weeks.
Sacrifice post-show – Friday, March 8th:
-Decay: Most likely Decay will be part of a Knockouts Tag Team Title match at Sacrifice, so by the time this meet and greet rolls around they could potentially be the Knockouts Tag Team Champions again.
-Mustafa Ali: the current X Division, Ali teams up with The Good Hands to take on the team of Chris Sabin, Kushida, and Kevin Knight at Sacrifice. Another match that could potentially team the house down and be the match of the night.
-Nic Nemeth: Nemeth will have taken on Maclin earlier in the night in what will be a very hard-hitting matchup. The road to Rebellion is officially under way and either competitor could win this match and head to Rebellion as a legitimate World Title contender.
iMPACT TV taping Pre-show – Saturday, March 9th:
-Tasha Steelz: coming off of a Knockouts World Title match the night before, Steelz could be the new champion by the time this meet and greet rolls around.
-KUSHIDA: it was announced at the end of 2023 that Kushida has signed an official contract with TNA, so it makes sense that he gets to do some meet and greets now. Kushida has been tangled up with The System since their inception at Hard To Kill.
-Maclin: Maclin will be coming off of a match against Nic Nemeth the night prior, so who knows if he’ll be banged up, but I know he’ll be victorious. Hopefully he’ll be heading toward Rebellion with a victory over Nemeth under his belt.
iMPACT TV taping Post-show – Saturday, March 9th:
-MK Ultra: there is a very real possibility that they could be former TNA Knockouts Tag Team champions by the time this meet and greet arrives, having defended their titles the night before against what I’m predicting is the only other two teams in the division.
-The Rascalz: these guys are wreaking havoc everywhere, and with Maclin in their corner I only see it getting worse (better) as time goes on. That’s a trio I didn’t know I needed, but it absolutely fantastic.
-Ash By Elegance: my guess is they’ll have her set up to challenge Jordynne Grace for the Knockouts World Title at Rebellion by this point, but we don’t really know. Anyway, very refreshing character work and has a great concierge in George Iceman by her side.
