Mixed Tag Team Match
-Jordynne Grace & PCO vs. SDL & Kon
Backstage during last weeks iMPACT! episode, Steph De Lander was standing backstage with Kon. Steph says that Jordynne won at Rebellion because she had to pull out all the stops – knowing she couldn’t beat Steph in a one-on-one match. SDL tells Grace to bring PCO so they can finish this once and for all.
Kon chimes in and says no matter what happened at Rebellion, he’s going to do what he does best – breaking necks.
During the Rebellion match, SDL had The Good Hands in her corner, but Grace said she had a backup plan. Kon got involved as well, which brought PCO out, as well as a returning Sami Callihan. Callihan helped Grace secure the victory.
TNA X Division Title
-Mustafa Ali © vs winner of Trey vs Ace
This past week on the TNA broadcast, Director of Authority Santino Marella was backstage with Mustafa Ali while he was overseeing a Ballot Box Battle to see who the next challenger for the X Division Title would be.
Near the end of the show, all ballots had been placed, and Santino pulled the winner. By about sixty votes, Trey Miguel was pulled as the winner. However, there weren’t even sixty people there to cast their ballots, so Santino said he was going to pull the next closest vote – Ace Austin – and put them in a match together next week. The winner will get their shot at Mustafa Ali at Under Siege.
Ace recently battled Frankie Kazarian and lost the match when he tapped out.
TNA Knockouts Tag Team Titles
–Spitfire © vs Alisha Edwards/Masha Slamovich
On the Countdown To Rebellion pre show, Spitfire successfully defended the TNA Knockouts Tag Team Titles against Decay. As soon as the match was over, Masha Slamovich walked out with swinging a chain to the top of the ramp. She looked over to the tunnel as Alisha Edwards came out with a kendo stick and stood beside Masha. Both women stared down the champs.
Alisha had been recruiting Masha to team with her since Masha has a previous contractual rematch from when she teamed with Killer Kelly as MK Ultra.
–Hammerstone vs Jake Something
We went backstage where Santino is still overseeing the ballot box. Jake walks up and Santino tells him that he’s not eligible to participate since he just had an opportunity. Cody Deaner places his ballot into the box just As Alex Hammerstone walks up. Hammerstone is furious and says that he needs to talk to Santino about the Last Man Standing match from last weekend.
Santino says he’s in the middle of something, but Hammerstone says it’s not anything important so he can step away and have a conversation with him. Jake says Hammerstone needs to show some respect. Hammerstone shoves Jake and then the two of them need to be pulled apart.
Santino says if they want to fight they can do it at Under Siege next weekend.
6 Man Tag Team Match
–The System (w/Alisha Edwards) vs. Nic Nemeth & Speedball Mountain (Trent Seven/Mike Bailey)
Nic Nemeth took on Eddie Edwards in the Main Event of the TNA iMPACT last Thursday. The System was at ringside, so they had an advantage. Moose came in and nailed Nic with the World Title belt as the referee was distracted as Brian Myers and Ryan Nemeth were arguing on the outside.
Post- Match The System took out Nic Nemeth. It started with a beatdown, and then they used a chair and put it around his neck. Moose took a chair and whacked the chair that Nemeth had placed around his neck. Speedball Mountain come out with chairs and run off The System. Ryan Nemeth comes into the ring to check on his brother.
