Drew McIntyre Promises To Give CM Punk A World Title Match When He Wins It At Clash At The Castle

Drew McIntyre knows who he wants to give the first crack to if he wins the gold back.

Since last November, CM Punk has been involved in a feud with two of the biggest stars on Monday Night Raw, Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins and Drew McIntyre, both men are former WWE World Heavyweight Champions who have had to deal with Punk wanting a crack at the gold since he came back to WWE.

Following a dark match. McIntyre took the microphone and addressed the crowd where he promised that when he wins the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WWE Clash at the Castle from the current champion Damian Priest, he will give a shot to Punk once they can come back to the ring from injury.

“When I win the title, I’ll offer him a title match. His ego is so big, he will say ‘yes’ to the title match, social media will freak out, tickets will fly, there will be a buzz you’ve never seen. Punk and I will be in this ring, eye to eye with each other. The bell will ring, and then I’ll embarrass him worse than be embarrassed himself in the UFC and we’ll move on,” McIntyre said.

McIntyre is set to go one-on-one with Priest in their first match against each other since Priest cashed in his Money in the Bank on night two of WrestleMania XL against McIntyre thanks to some help from Punk himself.
