Dave Bautista: I Am Always Trying To Sneak The Batista Bomb In Every Film I’m Part Of

The Batista Bomb will always live forever.

Since transitioning into the world of movie entertainment, Dave Bautista (Batista in WWE) has shown off different styles from comedy to action to suspense to emotional drama. But, the one thing Bautista loves doing is sneaking in his finishing move, the Batista Bomb into every film he has done throughout his life.

“From me? I’m ready for that. I just wanted to put it in. We were working on that fight scene and I was like, ‘Oh man this would be fun.’ And now, it’s kind of become my obsession. I’m trying to squeeze it into every film just because. I don’t know. You know, it’s one of those Easter eggs. I think if I can get it into every film, I will. It’s just a nod to my career. A nod to the fans,” Batista told Aaron Perine for ComicBook.

Batista last appeared for the WWE at WrestleMania 35 where he lost to his former mentor turned rival, Triple H in Batista’s final match with the WWE as he announced his retirement shortly after.
