WWE’s VP Of Talent Relations Was Let Go By The Company

Another day, another employee has been let go by WWE.

It was revealed this week by PWInsider that Kristen Altman, who served as Vice President of Talent Relations Operations at World Wrestling Entertainment, has departed from the company.

Altman’s tenure with WWE began in 2008, starting as a receptionist at Titan Tower before advancing through various roles within Talent Relations. Throughout her career, Altman progressed from Talent Relations Coordinator to Manager of Talent Relations and Developmental in June 2012, eventually becoming the Senior Manager of the department in February 2015. In 2021, she assumed the role of Vice President of Talent Relations and was appointed VP of Talent Relations Operations in August 2022.

Altman’s responsibilities, as outlined on her LinkedIn account, included overseeing WWE’s Talent Wellness Program, managing medical examinations, drug testing, blood work, physical exams, and more. She also played a key role in talent recruitment, organizing tryout camps, and coordinating talent needs for WWE TV events. Her departure marks another significant change in WWE’s executive leadership.
