Rhea Ripley Says She Would Love To Follow In Chyna’s Footsteps And Win The Intercontinental Championship
Rhea Ripley is no stranger to making everyone bow down to her.
Whether it is winning the Royal Rumble, being in the main event of WrestleMania, or showcasing her domination against any opponent that steps up to challenge her, Rhea Ripley is always on top of the competition and feels that her going after the WWE Intercontinental Championship would be beneficial for herself and the women’s division.
During an interview with Adam Barnard of Foundation Radio, Ripley was asked about the potential idea of going after said championship, this was her response to the question.
“Yeah. I’d be stupid to say no. I haven’t seen much of that lately. I saw it maybe a few months back when I was beating up all the guys. I would absolutely love that. That would be a real historic moment. I get to follow in amazing steps like Chyna. It’d be a step for the women’s evolution. We’d be taking over that a little bit more where we’re seeping into the men’s division and showing them what the women can do,” she said.
Ripley is currently set on getting revenge on her former crew, the Judgement Day after they turned their backs on her to help Liv Morgan win the WWE Women’s World Championship at SummerSlam. Ripley is set to team with Damian Priest against Morgan and Dominik Mysterio at Bash in Berlin.
