Two New TNA Title Matches Set For Bound For Glory PPV On 10/26, Main Event Made Official
During Thursday nights TNA iMPACT broadcast, Joe Hendry defeated Frankie Kazarian to earn his spot and challenge Nic Nemeth for the TNA World Title at Bound For Glory.
In a match that almost escaped his grasp, Hendry came out the victor. Frankie Kazarian pulled a pair of brass knuckles out of his jacket on the outside of the ring when the referee wasn’t looking, which led to Frankie punching Hendry with them and then securing the pinfall. However, World Champion Nic Nemeth – who was ringside on commentary – saw the brass knuckles on the floor on the outdoor of the ring, and this led to Director of Authority Santino Marella coming out to restart the match.
After the match was restarted, Joe Hendry nailed Frankie with STANDING OVATION and secured the pinfall.
Joe Hendry will now move on to Bound for Glory to challenge Nic Nemeth for the TNA World Title.
PCO vs Cardona – Monsters Ball
This past Thursday, we saw Director of Authority Santino Marella standing backstage with SDL. Cardona walks up and mocks SDL. Santino calls Cardona rude and says that he’s got good news. Cardona will battle PCO at Bound For Glory…in a Monster’s Ball Match.
The match is made official. Both the Digital Media and the International Heavyweight Titles will be on the line.
Cardona looks pissed as Santino and SDL walk away smiling.
