Mercedes Mone On Vince McMahon Documentary: What A Crazy Genius He Is, He Made Wrestling Larger Than Life

Mercedes Mone shares some words about her former boss.

In the latest edition of her MoneMag. The AEW TBS Champion Mercedes Mone talked about her experience and reaction to following the docuseries on Netflix about Vince McMahon’s life and involvement with the WWE, along with the alleged horrible things he did to many people in the pro wrestling world.

When speaking about the documentary, this is what Mone had to say about her former boss, Mr McMahon.

“Honestly, I was a little disappointed and didn’t feel like there was too much new for me. I’ll say this, as I watched, I couldn’t believe that I got to work for Vince, what a crazy genius he is, and how he really elevated wrestling to a whole stratosphere. He created a universe fans have enjoyed for decades and still do. He made wrestling larger than life.”

In 2024, McMahon stepped down once more after a former employee filed a lawsuit against him, accusing him of sexual assault, abuse, and sex trafficking. The former WWE employee, Janel Grant, stated she was “the victim of physical and emotional abuse, sexual assault, and trafficking at WWE”

Mone would later on say that McMahon is the genius and the reason why every WWE Superstar has the same level of fame, money, and success that they all do.
