The bad blood kicked off AEW WrestleDream between Hangman and Switchblade.
Jay White did not want to wait any longer after getting his match with Adam Page, the two kicked off AEW WrestleDream and with no help on either side to get involved, Hangman and Switchblade would battle it out and look to leave everything out there for the crowd in Tacoma, Washington.
In the end, the knee of Page did not have enough strength to land the Buckshot Lariat and when he went over the ropes, he was met with a Bladerunner by White who pinned Hangman to get the victory.
