On October 24th at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, the Marigold world Champion Sareee is set to defend her title against Bozilla in a highly anticipated match.
Bozilla couldn’t wait until 10/24 to get her hands on the champion as the young superstar attacked Sareee during a press conference on October 15th to promote the huge match.
As Sareee and Bozilla were seated with Marigold owner Rossy Ogawa at the press conference, Bozilla decided to stand up and take questions from the press. Shortly after proclaiming that Sareee’s time as champion is over, Bozilla asked why they aren’t doing the match right here and jumped across the table and started attacking Sareee. Many wrestlers then appeared and attempted to separate the two until they succeeded in removing Bozilla from the melee. Sareee was noticeably and understandably upset about the incident.
Bozilla faced and defeated Sareee via pinfall on September 28th at a Marigold DREAM STAR Grand Prix STAR League tournament match. That victory led to Bozilla getting a shot at Sareee’s World Title on October 24th.
Sareee won the MARIGOLD World Title back on July 13th when she defeated Giulia to become the first ever champion. Her match against Bozilla on October 24th will be her first title defense.
