The WWE Women’s Tag Titles are all the rage.
Everyone Wants The Gold
Earlier on in the night, Damage CTRL were being interviewed about wanting the Women’s Tag Team Titles. They were rudely interrupted by Liv Morgan and Raquel. Liv pointed out that they’ve been Women’s tag champs in the past and they could do it again. Damage CTRL made the challenge for a match tonight and it was made official.
Heading into the match, NXT’s Jakara Jackson and Lash Legend were at ringside. They take on Damage CTRL tomorrow on NXT, so they’re here to scout, after being in the mix these past few weeks. During the match, Raquel was having success taking out Damage CTRL alone, while Liv was infatuated with the Crown Jewel Title at ringside. Then, of course, chaos ensues. IYO Sky was on the outside of the ring, Jakara tried to get involved, but got taken out, Lash attacked IYO and caused the DQ.
Lash and Jakara stood face to face with Liv and Raquel until Rhea Ripley’s music hit. Rhea came down and started to brawl with Raquel, which Rhea got the best of. Rhea then finally got her hands on Liv Morgan, but once she was about hit the riptide, Dirty Dom made the save. Rhea locked Dom in a submission until he broke free and ran.
