Mark Briscoe Reveals Continental Classic Return Date

It’s time for the 2024 Continental Classic

C2 Has Returned

The Continental Classic is a round robin style tournament consisting of two leagues, Blue and Gold, with six competitors each. Each entrant will compete in 5 individual matches vying to become the top points earner in their league.

Last year, the finals took place at the AEW World’s End Pay-Per-View in December with the winner being Eddie Kingston. Now, Kazuchika Okada is the reigning Continental Champion and the tournament has returned.

Mark Briscoe spoke with Foundation Radio to reveal the tournament will begin November 27th and he’s got his eye on Okada.

Continental Classic season is coming up. Thanksgiving Eve, that’s the start of the Continental Classic. With Okada being the current Continental Champion, he’s the focal point. He’s the target.

We don’t know the bracket yet, but in about a months time, we should know how the field turns out.
