Shavkat has an opponent, but he’s not the main event.

Belal Muhammad was set to defend the UFC Welterweight Title against Shavkat Rakhmonov at UFC 310 in December, but had to pull out due to injury. UFC then went on the hunt to find a replacement opponent for Shavkat, and they have.
UFC have announced today that the previous co-main event of Alexandre Pantoja vs. Kai Asakura for the Flyweight Championship will be the main event, now. Also, the undefeated 18-0 Shavkat Rakhmonov will battle the undefeated 15-0 Ian Garry in the new co-main event.
Ian was originally set to fight Joaquin Buckley a week later on December 14th at UFC Fight Night Tampa. But, Ian has moved up a week for December 7th to the pay-per-view. Buckley also has a new opponent, which you can see here.
