Who’s Next For Chandler?
Michael Chandler is coming off of a decision loss to Charles Oliveira last month at UFC 309. But, what could be next for Iron Mike? Maybe Jorge Masvidal. The former UFC BMF Champion left the company two years ago but is on his way back in.
Jorge has said in recently months that he’s in talks with UFC to make a return and would love to return on UFC’s Miami card, which is not official, but believed to be in April 2025. If that is the case, could Masvidal fight Chandler?
Earlier today, Michael Chandler did a little twitter Q&A, where someone said “forget McGregor, callout Jorge Masvidal for a fight.” Though not posed as a question, Chandler did respond by saying “Where you at Jorge?” As of now, Jorge Masvidal has not responded, but many fans like the prospect of that fight.
