ROH Final Battle
ROH Final Battle is this Friday, live on Pay-Per-View at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City. ROH is promoting a “Double Main Event” for the show, with both the ROH World Title and ROH Women’s Title at the top of the marquee. But, who’s actually closing out the show?
Fightful Select has now gained some knowledge on this and reported that Athena vs. Billie Starkz for the Women’s World Championship will be the final match at Final Battle. Right before this, Athena did an interview with Denise Salcedo where she also confirmed this.
Tony Khan stated that this Friday’s Final Battle was a “double main event,” leading to further speculation. As of Wednesday, Fightful Select was told that Athena vs. Billie Starkz was the plan to close the show. Athena also told Denise Salcedo this during an interview on Wednesday.
Athena tells me she and Billie Starkz will be main eventing at ROH Final Battle in Hammerstein Ballroom on December 20th! Also adding they are the first women to main event Hammerstein for ROH.
ROH Final Battle is this Friday at 8PM ET, live on Pay-Per-View.
