WATCH: Former UFC Star Robelis Despaigne Records Fastest Knockout In Karate Combat History
The perfect shot.
Karate Combat 51
Karate Combat 51 went down Thursday night. The event saw former UFC alumni Robelis Despaigne make his debut inside the Karate Pit against Dominik Jedrzejczyk in a heavyweight bout and it did not last long. Robelis was let go by UFC earlier this year after a string of losses. Typically, the 6-foot-7 giant really struggled with the wrestling game. But, it’s all stand-up in Karate Combat and he proved that stand-up is his niche. There was not many highlights of the Karate Combat debut because Robelis Despaigne knocked his opponent out in a record four seconds with an overhand, making it the fastest finish in Karate Combat’s history. You can see the entire fight below.
