Tanga Loa Set To Return To WWE TV By WrestleMania 41
The New Bloodline is close to returning to full strength.
It was previously announced that Tanga Loa would be out of action after undergoing surgery to repair a torn bicep that he suffered while being a part of the War Games Match last November at Survivor Series.
Initially it was reported via the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Loa’s recovery time would be around seven to eight weeks. We now have another update via @WrestleVotes Backstage Pass, saying that WWE is shooting for Tanga Loa to return to the company for WrestleMania. It was added that it wasn’t known if there would be a spot for him on the WrestleMania card, but that WWE was shooting to have him back on Television around that time.
“They’re shooting for WrestleMania. I don’t know if they have a spot for him. I wouldn’t say that he’s got a tag match lined up but they’re shooting that he’s back on TV around WrestleMania.”
We will keep you updated if we hear anything more about Tanga Loa’s injury status or plans for his return to WWE programming.
