Well, UFC’s lead commentator Jon Anik is one of the best in the business and ahead of UFC 311, he showed off a behind-the-scenes look at how his UFC notes look ahead of a Pay-Per-View.
In the video originally posted to his Instagram, Anik shows off several dozen note cards listing off accolades, previous fights, stats and everything else regarding each fighter on the card.
