According to Lehigh Valley Live, WWE Hall of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch is back behind bars in Carbon County, Pennsylvania.
Sunny was arrested and taken to jail in Carbon County on Tuesday as she had violated parole. A Carbon County judge issued a bench warrant for Sunny’s arrest on February 15, which was requested by the Carbon County Adult Probation/Parole Department.
She also missed a drugs test that was scheduled to be held on February 11 and failed to report to her parole officer which she was required to do.
Sunny was then arrested for DWI on February 23 while driving in Seaside Heights, New Jersey. That was her sixth arrest related to DUI and third arrest for DUI in the span of a year.
She is scheduled to appear before the court on April 5 for a hearing on probable cause for revocation of her parole in Carbon County. It is also reported that lawyer filed a petition on Tuesday to withdraw as her defense counsel.
