WWE Superstar Braun Strowman recently spoke to The Daily Star regarding the incident during his WWE Universal Title Match at the 2018 Royal Rumble against Brock Lesnar and Kane.
There was a spot during the early parts of the match which saw things get heated and physical between Strowman and Lesnar resulting in legit shoot punches throw by Lesnar that connected to the head and face of Strowman.
Strowman said about the altercation:
“Any time Brock and I are in the ring it’s very physical. You’re talking about two larger -than-life human beings who are fighting for dominance. Stuff happens.
It’s a contact sport – it’s not tennis. We’re not going out there to slap a ball around, we’re going out there to beat each other up. That’s what we did.”
