Quite a few fans would love to see Luke Harper part ways with WWE. The company simply has not been using him well at all. He even requested his release but it was not granted by WWE.
WWE added more time to his contract after Harper was out with a wrist and neck injury. Now it seems he is preparing to make an exit from the company.
According to recent filings, Luke Harper filed a trademark for “Brodie Lee” on November 26th. He went by that name when he was working in the independent circuit, prior to signing with WWE.
He has licensed this name for use in “entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer.”
