DJ Z Returns To In-Ring Action After Recovering From Three Ruptured Discs
DJ Z returned to action last night at AAW’s SHOWDOWN, which also featured Sami Callihan vs. Tetsuya Naito. DJ Z defended his AAW Heritage Title against Trevor Lee.
DJ Z commented about his return last night on Twitter saying, “Made my return to the ring at @AAWPro. 2 months unable to practice or work out due to injury and i jumped right back in the deep end tonight! I was a lil nervous about it. And…I lost the Heritage title to @TLee910.”

Just got my MRI results. So i wrestled my matches at @WWNEVOLVE this weekend with 3 ruptured discs in my neck apparently. Luckily no surgery needed, but will have to take a couple months off to heal. Im sorry guys.
