WWE Superstar Sonya Deville has asked the Hillsborough County Circuit Court to seal portions of the collected evidence regarding her case against Philip Thomas II, the stalker who broke into her home with the intention of taking her hostage.
On August 24, a motion was filed to have the evidence sealed, including photographs which confirm her street address and the specific details of her residence, as well as messages received and sent which could be used to identify her family members.
HeelByNature.com have obtained a copy filing, which can be seen below, that states Sonya Deville and her ex-girlfriend Ariana Johnson now both qualify as “victims or witnesses at risk of harm”. Johnson has previously been threatened by Thomas for her association with Sonya Deville.
