Mandy Rose vs Sonya Deville took place at SummerSlam, where Rose was victorious in the match. Initially, the match was going to be a hair match, but that was changed.
The match was changed to a loser leaves WWE stipulation as Sonya’s attorney requested the change. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Deville would undergo a drastic change in her look, even if she would not be completely shaved.
The original idea was not to shave her bald, but to cut off most of her hair for some sort of an acting role. No word on how long she’ll be gone but she’s not leaving WWE.
We will have to see when Deville makes her return to WWE and what they have planned for her.
