Just hours after we reported that the WWE Shop was no longer selling Brock Lesnar’s merchandise, Pwinsider.com have reported this afternoon that former WWE and Universal Champion Lesnar is no longer under contract with the company.
Lesnar is now a free agent after his most recent deal with WWE expired and the two parties have not agreed to a new contract. The two sides had been working on the terms of a new deal but have hit an impasse and have paused discussions for now.
It is worth noting that Lesnar’s contract expiring before a new deal is signed isn’t a new thing as it has happened many times in the past, but this could prove to be his longest hiatus to date from the company during the negotiating process.
