A new NXT singles title being introduced.
At Wednesday’s NXT TV tapings from Full Sail University, NXT General Manager William Regal announced that at NXT TakeOver: New Orleans a new NXT singles title will be introduced, the NXT North American Title.
Regal announces that EC3 and five other NXT Superstars will compete in a Ladder Match at NXT TakeOver: New Orleans to determine the first-ever NXT North American Champion. The five other NXT Superstars to compete in the ladder match to crown the first-ever NXT North American Champion are Ricochet, The Velveteen Dream, Lars Sullivan, Adam Cole and Killian Dain
WWE is also planning on introducing Cruiserweight Tag Team Titles for the 205 Live brand sometime after WrestleMania 34.
