Samoa Joe Discusses Potential Return To The Ring

Samoa Joe has been doing a fantastic job on the Monday Night Raw commentary Team for the past few months. The reason for his arrival behind the microphone was due to suffering a concussion and needing to be pulled from active competition. We are unaware about his current medical status, but they have certainly been able to keep him on television.

While speaking to the Wilde On podcast, Samoa Joe commented on his current status in the company. He is enjoying his time on commentary, but his time in the ring isn’t done by any means.

“Right now I’m enjoying commentary on Raw. It’s been a fun challenge. Obviously, I’m not done in the ring by no means. I think right now I’m exploring things. Aside from that, I’m doing voice acting which is fun and very cool. It’s a very enjoyable thing. I have a project coming up with Warner Brothers.  I’m very fortunate and I’m very happy that I’m doing the things I’m doing right now.”

Samoa Joe is incredibly valuable and loved within the ring, but his services are also very useful on the commentary team. All will depend on the progress of his recovery from concussion, but WWE does not comment on concussion matters.
