The SmackDown LIVE Women’s Championship match has now been set for this year’s Wrestlemania 34 that will take place on April 8th in New Orleans, Louisiana.
As seen on tonight’s WWE Fastlane PPV, following the conclusion of Charlotte’s SmackDown LIVE Women’s Championship defense over Ruby Riott, Asuka came out to interrupt the celebration and officially challenged Charlotte for the title at WrestleMania 34.
It had been rumored for months that Asuka was scheduled to face Charlotte at WrestleMania for the SmackDown LIVE Women’s Title and that Alexa Bliss would face Nia Jax for the RAW Women’s Championship.
