Court documents have been said to reveal that the trial of Alberto Del Rio is scheduled for Monday, January 25th, 2021, as revealed by PWInsider. Del Rio has been indicted by a grand jury in San Antonio, Texas, on charges of aggravated kidnapping.
He is facing one count of aggravated kidnapping, including four counts of sexual assault. Possible outcomes from being found guilty could include life imprisonment.
Though the primary charge is aggravated kidnapping, it’s unclear if the sexual assault charge resulted in an indictment too. Del Rio accused the victim of infidelity and was arrested after, also having allegedly assaulted her physically.
