WWE Superstar Dean Ambrose has been pulled from several autograph signing appearances this weekend at the World of Wheels event.
PWInsider reported that Ambrose was in Birmingham, Alabama yesterday for a follow up after having surgery to repair a torn tricep. However, it cannot be confirmed if this had anything to do with Ambrose being removed from the World of Wheels events.
WWE has previously announced that Ambrose is expected to be out of action for 9 months after undergoing surgery to repair his torn tricep back in December. Going by that number it would but the timetable for his return somewhere around August or September.
