On last night’s episode of WWE Raw, Jordan Omogbehin was surprisingly revealed as AJ Styles’ new bodyguard.
Dave Meltzer noted on today’s Wrestling Observer Radio that the reason behind Omogbehin taking on this role is that those in WWE want to use him for his physical presence, but haven’t been impressed with his in-ring ability and are struggling with his presentation.
Meltzer was told that Omogbehin “is very slow” when he does get in the ring and that his few NXT appearances have not been particularly good.
He is yet to work TV because NXT officials feared that he would be found out and “exposed” before even making it to the main roster.
