The ending to Monday Night Raw confused a lot of the WWE universe. WWE Champion, Drew McIntyre managed to break into the Hell In A Cell structure to get to Randy Orton, and just when you thought a fight was about to break out, Raw went off the air. Many WWE fans assumed this may of been a mistake, but it was actually meant to finish that way.
According to a report from PWInsider, that was the intention. The ending was approved by Vince McMahon himself according to multiple sources.
You would have to assume it was to leave the fans wanting more ahead of the WWE title match Hell In A Cell PPV. Drew McIntyre will step in side the ‘demonic structure’ known as Hell In A Cell for the first time, to defend his championship against ‘The Legend Killer’ Randy Orton, who will be making his eighth appearance inside the cell.
