Rush and Dragon Lee’s ROH Contracts Set To Expire by the End of The Year
Both the current Ring of Honour World Heavy Weight Champion and World TV Champion’s contracts are due to expire before the end of the year.
It was reported in last week’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter that ROH World Champion Rush’s contract expires at the end of the year. It has now come to light that his brother and ROH world TV Champion Dragon Lee’s contract is set to expire on the 1st of December this year.
Due to the global pandemic ROH originally postponed all shows and taping back in February and recently ROH have started taping again. However due to ROH’s strict Covid 19 protocols neither Rush nor Dragon Lee have been seen on ROH television recently along with other ROH foreign talents, due to the protocols as well as strict travel restrictions currently in place.
Rush and Dragon Lee are both incredible talents and I am sure there will plenty of companies who will be competing to sign either of the pair including NJPW, AEW, WWE and Impact. Where do you think Rush and Dragon Lee will sign? Or will ROH be able to re-sign the pair?
