Cody Rhodes has announced some interesting additions to the Nightmare Family.
Earlier today on Twitter, Cody announced the addition of Lee Johnson and the Gunn Club of Billy and Austin Gunn to the Nightmare Family. What this means has yet to be determined, whether or not they’ll be featured as Nightmare Family members on AEW television or just working with them in the Nightmare Factory and other endeavors, but it is a big announcement for his brand.
Billy was announced relatively early as a coach and producer for the company, working several tag team matches with his son Austin Gunn on Dark. Johnson, however, has mostly featured on Dark as an enhancement talent and in several segments on Dynamite as part of MJF’s campaign team. Notably, Johnson had a standout match with recent WWE signee Ben Carter on Dark that drew rave reviews from those who have seen it.
