One of the talking points Cody used in his build up to his most recent match with Darby Allin was the idea that Darby wouldn’t make a good “face of TNT.” That his looks would not be what a network would want.
According to social media, TNT loves drama and loves themselves some Darby Allin.
The TNT Twitter account, @tntdrama, updated their twitter bio after last night’s Full Gear pay per view and Allin’s TNT Title win to say “Darby Allin is our Champion” and even showed the world by screenshotting it in a tweet. As of this writing, the bio still reads that way but it’s fun proof that TNT is listening and is a big fan of the AEW star.
