Retrosoft Announces RetroMania Release Date And More
One of the more exciting wrestling games in development is Retrosoft’s RetroMania. Fans of the arcade game WWF WrestleFest have been excited due to the similar gameplay and Retrosoft Studios has billed RetroMania as “the official sequel” to the arcade classic.
They’ve gone out of their way to stack the roster with talent old and new. Nikita Koloff, Colt Cabana, and Warhorse are just a handful of names available for the game, and now it has a release date.
Retrosoft Studios has announced the game will be coming to PC, Switch, PS4, and XBox One on February 26th, 2021 digitally, and there will be a limited physical copy run which will get more news soon. You can preorder on Switch and Steam currently, but due to Sony and Microsoft policies, preorders for the game can start 30 days before release date.
Some of the features the game has promised is up to 8-player local multiplayer, up to 50 different match variations, a story mode plus a “10 Pounds of Gold” mode which will give you an arcade ladder mode to chase the NWA Championship, multiple entrance attires for wrestlers, and the studio has promised more content if the game gets enough support.
