One star absent from last night’s Survivor Series was Lars Sullivan. The Freak has been missing off television the last couple weeks after returning from injury and going on a tear through the SmackDown roster.
Since his sit down interview on SmackDown, Lars has been absent from television however. Even more curious was that Lars was not even in the cross brand battle royal during the Survivor Series kickoff show, leading more people to wonder where he has been.
We reported that Lars’ absence has nothing to do with the speculation that Vince McMahon was trying to “clean house” in the wake of Joe Biden’s presidential victory. At the time, we also noted Lars was a victim of the WWE having lots to do to build Survivor Series and not enough time to do it in.
On Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted the WWE still has plans for Lars, including a push. It just has to wait while they begin the build. He could be back on television as soon as Friday night.
