Don Callis Takes A Shot At AEW Tag Team Champions With Naming New IMPACT Faction
Kenny Omega shocked the world when he won the AEW Title. It wasn’t so much the win that shocked people, but the fallout of the win.
Omega and his now manager Don Callis absconded with the title and Omega made his first official appearance as the AEW World Champion on Impact Wrestling. Since making his appearances in Impact, Omega has reunited with his former Bullet Club partners Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows.
The trio will unite at Impact’s Hard to Kill pay per view when they meet Impact World Champion Rich Swann and the Motor City Machine Guns, but they won’t be using the name Bullet Club when they do. Don Callis took to Twitter to seemingly name the new trio and The Young Bucks might have something to say about it.
Dubbing them The Super Elite, Callis most certainly seems to have fired some shots in the way of Tony Khan and company, and we may know as soon as Wednesday if the AEW Tag Team Champions take offense to the moniker this trio have adopted.
