GCW promoter Brett Lauderdale seems to be having an issue with one of his business partners, and he’s taken to Twitter to discuss it.
Earlier today, Lauderdale issued a cryptic tweet asking promoters if they knew they didn’t own or were entitled to the master tape copies of their shows. This followed up later with GCW issuing a statement on Twitter where they publicly asked to be released from their contract with IWTV.
IWTV has been partners with GCW, broadcasting their shows alongside FiteTV, and it seems like based on the tweets, there could be some issues brewing between the promotion and the streaming service over the rights to the masters of GCW shows.
