Current WWE Producer Tapped For Heavy Involvement In NXT India Brand
WWE is preparing to expand into India as they prep NXT: India, and they are looking to someone with experience in the Indian market to help lead the way.
Sportskeeda has reported Jeff Jarrett will have a major role in helping the WWE expansion into India. Jarrett was a major factor in TNA branching into the India market with the Ring Ka King promotion that began airing on India’s Colors Network in 2012.
It has already been said that filming for the brand is set to begin at some point this year, with taping to take place in Orlando due to the COVID-19 pandemic. They plan on utilizing current talent like Jinder Mahal, Indus Sher, The Singh Brothers, Jeet Rama, along with several Indian PC recruits.
Eventually when the COVID-19 pandemic settles, WWE has a plan to have a full Performance Center similar to the one in Orlando and the UK.
