WWE Racks Up Another Trademark
The trademark collection the WWE has compiled has grown by one more as of yesterday.
The WWE filed a trademark for “MSK” on January 4th, with it being entered into the database on January 7th.
WWE usually doesn’t file trademarks like this until just before they make it to air, but nothing has given any indication as to what they plan on using it for. According to the filing, its usage will involve “Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibitions and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer rendered live and through broadcast media including television and radio.”
Given the quick turnaround between when WWE files trademarks and when they arrive on television, we could possibly see the usage of it as soon as tonight’s SmackDown, but that isn’t guaranteed.
