WWE Quietly Adds Top United Kingdom Talent To Their Performance Center Roster
The NXT: UK roster just increased quietly by adding one of UK wrestling’s top independent stars, and while no vignettes have begun airing for him, it might just be a matter of time before we see the talent find their way to WWE programming.
WWE has updated the roster for their Performance Center website, and in the NXT: UK section, Sha Samuels has been added to the list of trainees at the UK’s Performance Center.
Samuels has an extensive history with Insane Championship Wrestling, one of the promotions WWE has a partnership with the UK. In addition to that, Samuels has also found success in the UK with well known promotions like IPW: UK, Over the Top Wrestling, and Preston City Wrestling.
Another confirmation that Samuels has signed with the WWE as a talent is that they have filed a trademark on his name as of January 5th. Samuels was one of many trademarks filed that day, including Leon Ruff and Dabba-Kato.
While Samuels has yet to debut on WWE television, it might just be a matter of time before Samuels makes his debut for the United Kingdom branch of the black and gold brand.
