Friday Night’s SmackDown saw Daniel Bryan take a shock loss to Cesaro. It’s not the first time Bryan has taken a shock loss on SmackDown. His recent losing streak has shocked a lot of viewers and fans, and it’s left people wondering if Bryan is being buried. It’s safe to say that’s not the case.
Ringside News has learned Daniel Bryan is the reason behind his own losing streak. He has repeatedly said during this final run he wanted to put people over while he’s still a full time WWE Superstar and he’s hoping these victories are helping elevate the people he works with.
Bryan is a member of SmackDown’s writing team, and he’s been heavily involved over the last few months as he learns the ins and outs of creative in addition to working with Vince McMahon at the Gorilla Position. He has been heavily praised for his desire to learn and his work with the roster.
Nobody likes to see their favorite wrestlers lose over and over again, but Bryan is continuing to do things he set out to do in the hopes to leave the SmackDown roster better than when he found it.
