Joey Ryan has seen his name mentioned several times during the course of the Speaking Out movement. Since that time, Ryan has filed lawsuits against his accusers and former ROH star Pelle Primeau over tweets. His lawsuits continue to be thrown out, but Ryan continues to maintain innocence.
Ryan released a strange tweet yesterday continuing to maintain his innocence. Stating that he has not been investigated for a crime or that no evidence has connected him to one.
I have not committed any crimes. I have never been investigated for a crime. There has never been any evidence connecting me to a crime. I have never even been a person of interest in a crime. It is bizarre that some would expect me to live my life like a criminal.
Ryan has not been investigated for any crimes because no criminal complaints have been filed against him. The accusations have been made in regards to inappropriate behavior and needless to say, he continues to remain as defiant as ever. Needless to say, reactions to this tweet were scathing by fans.
