The 2018 WWE Superstar Shakeup carries on.
On tonight’s episode of RAW, the third move of the night saw Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn announced as the newest members of the RAW Roster.
During the segment of Miz TV tonight the Miz announced that Owens & Zayn were the newest RAW members of the RAW roster, which led to a celebration in the ring with The Miz & Miztourage, and Owens & Zayn. Kurt Angle comes out to interrupt, only to have Zayn read a letter from Stephanie McMahon that stated that Owens & Zayn earned their spot on RAW last week, and Kurt Angles decision to not give them a job has been overruled.

However, Kurt Angle then announces that The Miz can stop his celebrating because he just finished talking to Shane McMahon & Paige, and that Daniel Bryan requested that The Miz be drafted to SmackDown LIVE.
So the first pick for SmackDown LIVE in the 2018 Superstar Shakeup is The Miz.
