MVP has been arguably one of the hottest things on Raw in the last 12 months. After a shock return at the Royal Rumble last year, MVP parlayed it into a full time return and became the mouthpiece for The Hurt Business. Now, it seems, MVP might be suffering a setback at the wrong time as we build towards WrestleMania.
MVP looked to have injured his knee during his match on Raw last night, and PWInsider has now reported MVP has traveled to Birmingham, Alabama as of this morning where WWE doctors are. Superstars who need surgery consultation often head there, and while we don’t know how bad the injury is, it seems severe enough that he’s headed in that direction.
After suffering an injury on last night’s edition of Raw, MVP traveling this morning to Birmingham, Alabama, PWInsider.com has confirmed. There is no word on the nature of the injury.
MVP was also on crutches during last night’s RAW Talk. This is unfortunate timing, as MVP is probably on the best run he’s ever had in the WWE. We’ll have to keep an eye out to see what happens as far as his injury goes.
