Tonight, all eyes will be on AEW and their Revolution pay per view after revealing they will announce their next major signing. They’ve already put over the talent is “Hall of Fame caliber” and fans are speculating who it might just be. People have been trying to figure it out since Tony Khan dropped hints who it might be.
While CM Punk has already ruled himself out, Kurt Angle has teased it might be him in addition to Bully Ray. However, one name some fans have discussed is Batista. Batista seems like an outside shot, but not as far out as some would consider. On Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer talked about Batista and AEW. While he’s already said he’s not AEW’s new signing, Meltzer revealed it wouldn’t have been out of the realm of possibility.
“I don’t think that it’s Dave Bautista, but I do know they’ve discussed it.”
Obviously this is big news that AEW is glad fans everywhere are talking about. We will definitely have more about this tonight on Bodyslam.
