WWE Attempting To File Trademark For “Hachiman”
WWE has filed paperwork for a new trademark, as the company has applied a trademark for the name “Hachiman”.
It isn’t known what WWE plans to use the name for. However, the name Hachiman is often referred to within the Japanese culture as the god of war.
According to a report via Heel by Nature, WWE filed the paperwork on June 22nd, 2021 with The United States Patent and Trademark Office for the name “Hachiman.” The application was entered into the trademark database on Friday June 25th, 2021.
