Update On Bray Wyatt’s Status For Tonight’s AEW Dynamite From Rochester, NY
Tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite comes to us live from Rochester, New York.. which is the hometown of the late Brodie Lee. AEW has already announced that tonight’s Dynamite will be dedicated to Brodie Lee, which had many speculating as to whether or not this would be the night that former WWE Superstar Bray Wyatt debuts with the company.
According to reports from both Ringside News and Fightful Select, currently there has been no word about Windham Rotunda’s potential AEW debut. Unless something changes at the last minute, it looks like the former Bray Wyatt’s debut is not happening tonight.
H. Jenkins of Ringside reports:
“Tonight’s AEW Dynamite will be a Brodie Lee tribute show. Rumors on Bray Wyatt’s debut are also getting fans’ hopes up.
We spoke to AEW sources, & they have not heard anything about Windham’s debut for the company tonight. Unless something changes last minute he won’t be there.”
A report from Sean Ross Sapp via Fightful Select stated the following:
“For those that have asked, Fightful has heard nothing thus far to indicate that Bray Wyatt is appearing at tonight’s AEW show in Rochester, and those that we spoke to said that they haven’t heard that mentioned, either. When reaching out to sources near Wyatt, they indicated that while they aren’t positive — as Bray Wyatt is a very private person — they believe he’s under a standard 90-day non compete clause, which would carry through this show. We’ll let you know if we hear anything to the contrary throughout the day, as anything can happen.”
We will keep you updated if we hear anything more about a potential AEW debut for the former Bray Wyatt.
