Jeet Rama Breaks Silence Post WWE Release
WWE recently released 18 superstars from their contracts due to budget cuts with a few of the names including Nia Jax, Keith Lee, and Karrion Kross.
Another one of those releases was Jeet Rama. Rama who has been with the WWE since 2015 took to Twitter to express his feelings on the situation. Rama expressed his gratitude for fans and let it be known there are no hard feelings toward the company.
When I came here, I did not know that what will it be and how will I be feeling in this new country and this new culture. But when I step in WWE Performance center, I met all the coaches, staff and athletes and they all gave me so much love and respect that I never felt like I am so far from my country. And when I started my live events matches in Florida, I got so much love from NXT universe, same love that I get in my country. I was not here to win trophies and medals, I’ve won all these trophies and medals a lot in India. I was here to win all of your heart and love and I am so happy that I did that, I was able to win all of your love and heart. Keep me in your heart and prayers always. I am always going to miss this chant from you “JEET JEET JEET JEET JEET”.
Love you all JAI HIND
It was recently reported that there were 10 other names on the lists to be released that never were but that there is still a chance the company could go back to that list and possibly let them go. We will have to see if the company makes any other moves.
